‍CONDITION: GOOD

‍HABITUS:  GOOD

‍APPETITE: Good, only one episode of emesis (retch, yellow mucous, no froth this time) in two weeks.

‍MUSCULOSKELETAL: No resistance in rear limbs on exam. Henry's muscle mass is good but his rear feet don’t offer resistance on movement. He accommodates when eating, as they are touch points more than grounded points of stability. Henry has regained use of his tail, which waves like a proud flag in the wind and smacks everything he passes! 

‍RESPIRATION: Occasionally rapid, but less often than the past 2 months. Less drool.

‍CARDIAC: Normal rate and rhythm.

‍ACTIVITY: Bright, active, and responsive! Henry's eyes are bright, as prior. He is engaged and looks forward to his social visits with Kaos and Mr. Bones. He still has flop downs but recovers. 

‍DIET/NUTRITION: When Henry was unable or disinclined stand to eat, I was concerned that he was not getting enough nutrition. His diet was changed to Purina Cardiac Care Vet Prescription, alternating with Weruva chicken and kibble (homemade as topper).

‍Variability: 506, 459, 247, 221, 285, 169, 233, 143, 241, 233

‍Respiratory: 28, 18, 38, 27, 16

‍Sleep: 9 hr 11 minutes, 2 interruptions score 88; 11 hr 40 minutes, 7 interruptions score 77; 9 hr 36 minutes, 4 interruptions score 82 etc.

‍Henry recovered well from a decline that began in March and he has returned to the former baseline of GOOD!
