This lovely young Golden Retriever girl was *gasp* DUMPED at a public shelter. She was adopted by a wonderful and very active family! We do not post photos of young family members, so you'll have to imagine her in attendance at lacrosse games, participating in family game night (and homework time), and enjoying the beach! Oh - and swimming and cavorting with her handsome and slightly younger Golden Retriever neighbor. (We are very proud of Star for helping to raise a young puppy!)

Shyloh had a significant limp when we picked her out of the shelter. We thought she might have Valley Fever - nope! She had been hit by - or thrown from - a vehicle. Shyloh underwent surgery to help her mend. She was adopted by a family who makes sure that she has all the friends, toys, and camping trips that an active, friendly dog could want! They are also continuing acupuncture and cold laser treatments for Shy's comfort and healing. We love you, Shy and family!

Like many of our puppies, Savannah's presence in our rescue was a bit of a surprise! We were so pleased to meet her new family, who were already providing great care to a very young dog who needed a companion! These two very lucky pups get to travel often and enjoy various parts the country!

Sunny is from a very remote part of Arizona. Hard to imagine that he was a stray, unwanted dog. Sunny was adopted by someone who is friends with Sunny's longtime friend Bubba! The two still get together and celebrate the good life! :-)

Sky and her brother Lake came from a crowded urban shelter. They had not experienced much human kindness, and they flourished in rescue. Sky was adopted by a BDR family who already had our alum "Belle" and a handsome senior Beagle. Look at these three! <3
